DMLS and SLM Metal 3D Printing

DMLS & SLM Printing

Our Direct Metal Laser Sintering and Selective Laser Melting systems use high-powered lasers to fuse metal powder layer by layer, producing fully dense parts with mechanical properties comparable to wrought material. We operate multiple industrial platforms with build volumes up to 400 x 400 x 400mm, capable of processing titanium, stainless steel, Inconel, aluminum, cobalt chrome, and tool steels. Parts achieve densities exceeding 99.5% with surface finishes as fine as Ra 6–10µm.

Rapid Metal Prototyping

Rapid Prototyping

Get functional metal prototypes in as little as 48 hours. Unlike traditional prototyping methods that require tooling and fixtures, metal 3D printing builds parts directly from your CAD file. This means you can test form, fit, and function with the actual production material. Iterate designs rapidly without the cost and lead time of CNC machining or investment casting setups. Ideal for design validation, functional testing, and small-batch production runs.

CNC Post-Processing and Finishing

Post-Processing & Finishing

Raw 3D printed metal parts often require secondary operations to achieve final specifications. Our in-house capabilities include stress relief and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressing) heat treatment, CNC machining for critical tolerances, EDM for intricate features, surface grinding, polishing, bead blasting, and anodizing. We also provide wire EDM, media tumbling, and passivation services to deliver parts that are inspection-ready.

Design for Additive Manufacturing

DfAM Consulting

Design for Additive Manufacturing is key to unlocking the full potential of metal 3D printing. Our engineering team reviews your designs to optimize part orientation, minimize support structures, reduce material usage, and improve print success rates. We help consolidate multi-part assemblies into single printed components, incorporate lattice structures for weight reduction, and design internal channels for conformal cooling or fluid flow.

From File to Finished Part

1

Upload & Review

Submit your CAD file (STL, STEP, or IGES). Our engineers review geometry, material selection, and tolerances, then provide a detailed quote within 24 hours.

2

Build Preparation

We optimize part orientation, generate support structures, and slice the build file. Process parameters are selected based on material and geometry requirements.

3

Printing & Monitoring

Parts are built layer by layer (20–60µm layers) in an inert argon atmosphere. Real-time melt pool monitoring ensures consistent quality throughout the build.

4

Post-Processing & Inspection

Parts are removed from the build plate, heat-treated, supports removed, and finished to spec. CMM inspection and material test reports are included with delivery.
